You have to check the video on social media and how the model the pants have something that comes up that almost look like boxer briefs bands (only way I can explain it lol) but it kind of sucks in the stomach a little. But if you don’t like that band you can fold them down and wear the pants as regular jogging pants! Super versatile! Very comfy! You don’t need a bra for the top! The crop holds tight and provides bra like support
